void cold water, drink normal or luke water in any season and make habit of drinking 2 glass luke water in the morning. It will really benefit you.
- People add a lot of fruits in their diet and avoid grains, but it is not a perfect diet, fruits contain high calories in form natural sugar. Sugar increase energy level very quickly and also decrease energy in the same manner, it will make you lazy.
- Everyone will prefer you to do some exercise which is quite boring then you can choose games like badminton, football, swimming, etc these games will help you in a better way. This is the best scientifically proven way to be fit and healthy
- Ideally, our body needs a meal every 3 hrs. one should never feel very hungry, just eat something at regular interval
- There is a myth, eating a lot will lead to overweight but eating high calories food can lead to overweight so, eat low calories food at regular intervals will never make you fat.
- Don't skip morning breakfast. breakfast must be the heaviest meal of the day and dinner must be the lightest meal. Morning breakfast provides energy for the whole day but usually, people avoid it and eat a lot of food at dinner. One of the reasons for being overweight.
- According to ancient rule, you should chew your food 32 times. It will help in better digestion.
- You should eat low-calories and high energy giving food like beans, peas, and lentils, which are also good sources of fiber, fish, skinless white-meat poultry, fat-free dairy products and egg whites.
- Popcorn is high calories food one cup popcorn has calories equal to 8 chapatis (roti). You may be surprised to know this just avoid this.
- Never use refined oil to use a natural oil like mustard, coconut, sunflower or ghee these oils are easily digestible and avoid a fat deposition. Never exclude oil from your diet it will reduce the brightness of skin and make it dull and pale. It also acts as a lubricant. It is a good idea to add 1 tablespoon of ghee in your daily diet.
