Antilia is a private home in Mumbai, It is valued at $2 billion, deemed to be the world's most valuable residential property.

#1 Antilia is located at Altamount Road. It happens to be one of the most expensive streets in the world.

#2 It is considered by some to be the largest single-family residence in the world.

#3 Did you know when the building was completed, that is in 2010, Ambani did not want to shift in his house because he has fear about bad luck which may occur as it is not built according to Vastu requirement.

#4Ambani's resident has a movie theatre with a capacity of 50 people.

#5 Antilia contains a multi-story (6 floor) garage with space for 168 cars. It also has three helipads on the roof.

#6 This building is designed to survive an earthquake rated up to 8 on the "Richter scale"

#7 It has also health and fitness floors which included a swimming pool with spa and gym and balconies with outdoor garden

#8 Antilia has the family's own mega-temple. Apart from this, there is also a facility of, several guest sites, a salon, an ice-cream parlor.

#9 There is also a hanging garden, It lies in the space that holds the ‘W’-shape beams that support the upper floors. The hanging gardens are not just for show though; the plants are energy-saving devices that absorb sunlight keeping the interior of the house cool.

#10 Maintain the luxury building 24 hours a day. It has nine elevators that service to various floors; separated for family, guests, and staff.

#11 The building has its own snow world, and it is known as the ice room, where the family and guests live into to beat the searing Mumbai heat.

#12 Antilia has been built over 4,532 square meters of land. It is inhabited by the Ambani family of five members, along with 600 supporter staff who are kept for maintaining the building.

#13 The sun and the lotus—are repeated throughout the mansion in rare materials like crystal, marble, and mother-of-pearl

#14 The home is named after a mythical island 'ANTILLIA', which is a phantom island that was reputed during 15-century to lies in the Atlantic Ocean far to the west of Portugal and Spain

#15 Ceilings of several floors at Antilia are double-heightened, thus making its height approximately equal to the height of a standard building of 45 floors
