#1. Zero

One of the greatest inventions of India is zero. without zero Americans or any other country can't be a superpower. you must be thinking how and why? without zero you cannot imagine the money system and the most important computer. the whole computer language is based on a binary system that is 1 and 0, without software, you can't imagine the phone, internet, social media many more.

#2. Iron Pillar of Delhi

• It constructed by Chandragupta ll is located in the Qutb complex at Mehrauli in Delhi. 
• You must be thinking about what is great in that .you will be surprised to know that from 1600 yrs it has not rusted yet.
• This is an example of high-quality iron. even today none has been able to prepare such a high-quality iron and also is the biggest hand-forged block of iron.

• Before that people use to wear an animal's skin. 
• Cultivation of jute and cotton was begun from India.

when it was calculated by scientists it was found earth is 93 million miles (approx.) far from the sun.

Ludo is very famous all of us must have once played in life.it is evolved from a very ancient game"chausar" which was played by Kauravas and Pandavas in the 6th century. during the Mughal period, dice were invented thus the game was modified.this game become so famous that Britisher takes it to the whole world

Snake and Ladder

Similar to ludo it was also discovered in India and due to its popularity, it made its way to the world. this was known as by various names, moksha patamu, mokshapat, Gyan chaupar. it was invented as a game of morals.

Carrom

Yes, this game also originated in India .any one there who didn't have played these games during summer vacation.it became very popular among the masses after World War I.

Cards

The most common time pass game is a card. These games were introduced in the 16th century by the Mughal emperors and called the game "Ganjifa". this game is so popular this contact bridge was added in 2018 Asian games.the face card (king queen and jack) was designed after a real person.

• Word "shampoo'' came from Hindi word "champo'' which means massage.
• Today we are using liquid shampoo but in the 1880s there was bar soap for massaging hair. 
• Sake Dean Mahomed, a Bengali entrepreneur find it interesting so he opens a bathhouse, where he offers vapor massage with shampoo .it was liked by people. He called those massages "shampooing".  later, the term "shampooing" began to refer to study scalp massages only. hence, slowly it spread all over the world

• The medical science was such development around 1200BC and established that it is not so much today.
• World's 1st medical encyclopedia was written by the father of surgery, Sushruta, that encyclopedia is known as "Sushruta Samhita" 
• It contains 184 chapters describe about1,120 illnesses, 700 medicinal plants, 64 preparations from mineral sources and 57 preparations based on animal sources.
• Not only encyclopedia, cure of leprosy, Cataract surgery, cesarean surgery, fractures surgery and urinary stone surgery and Rhinoplasty, all this thing was 1st time done in India by Sushruta 
• He along with his team conducted more than 3000 surgeries with the help of more than 120 tools.

#12. Diamond mining

• 5000 years ago, India was the only source of diamonds, and until the discovery of diamonds in Brazil in 1726
• It was only placed where diamonds were mined. 
• India has not been a major diamond-producing country since the 1700s.
• Diamonds were found at many places across India, but most of the diamond mining near the pennar and Krishna rivers in modern Andhra Pradesh
