What is article 370 and 35A/Law under this article / what changes come after scrapped of this law

What is article 370?

According to Article 370 of the Constitution is a ‘temporary provision’ which promises to grant autonomous status{(of a country or region) having the freedom to govern itself or control its own affairs.} to Jammu and Kashmir and it limits Parliament’s powers to make laws for these state.

Laws which are come in this article?

1. There was double citizenship in Kashmir
2. By this law, Kashmir has its own flag and constitution 
3. Due to this article, article 356 can not be imposed in Kashmir
4. The Indian can not by lands and properties here 
5.  Minorities can not get any reservation
6. working term of Vidhan sabha is of 6 year 
7. there is no Dowry law

 ➤what changes take place after removal of Article   370 and 35 A?

• Jammu and Kashmir will become a Union Territory instead of an independent state.
• Now India has 30 states, the new state is formed is "Ladak"
• Constitution of India will apply on Jammu and Kashmir
• Jammu and Kashmir will no longer have its own separate constitution
• No separate flag of Jammu and Kashmir.
• From now Any citizen of India can buy a property or land in Jammu and Kashmir as article 35 A is removed
• Ladakh will no longer have a Legislative Assembly.
• Jammu and Kashmir will have elections for Legislative Assembly as before.
• Post of Governor will be changed into Lt. Governor (same as in other Union Territories)
• Jammu and Kashmir will not have a separate decision making power in defence, communication or foreign affairs (earlier too they weren't having).
• Ladakh will also become another Union Territory.
• From now Any citizen of India can buy a property or land in Jammu and Kashmir as article 35 A is removed
• Ladakh will be separated from Jammu and Kashmir.
• Article 356 of the Indian constitution will apply on Jammu and Kashmir which will allow the president's rule in case of state emergency. Earlier it was governor's
